(VOVworld) – The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union launched the youth volunteer year 2014 on Sunday in Dien Bien province. There will be major programs such as movements to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas. The organizers hope that the drive will create a breakthrough in youth movement for community and social welfare. Over the past 15 years, tens of millions of young people have joined in the volunteer programs, making great contributions to national socio-economic development and safeguarding security.
