(VOVworld)-An art exchange entitled “businesswomen towards homeland sea and islands” opened in Hanoi on Saturday to mark the International Women’s Day. Addressing the event, Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan reiterated the Party and State’s numerous policies to promote the business community development and their role in national construction and defense. Businesswomen have contributed to economic growth, job creation and social welfare. Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan :“In this program towards sea and islands of the homeland, many businesswomen have developed practical programs to support soldiers on duty on islands and remote areas. This will help share with women whose relatives are at service at border areas, sea and islands.”
