The station construction started in June 2014 on an area on 800 sqm in Cao Xanh – Ha Khanh B urban area, in Ha Long city. The station is in charge of producing and broadcasting radio programs on Vietnam’s national sea and island, national defense, and socio-economic development in northeastern provinces.
