Social media account holders in Vietnam must verify their identity

(VOVWORLD) - Users of Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok will have to verify their accounts under a decree that will replace the decree on management and use of internet services and online information. Le Quang Tu Do, Director of the Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information of the Ministry of Information and Communications, will explain the purpose of the new decree and the necessary conditions to make it effective.
