The award marked Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13) and was initiated by VCCI in 2006. This year’s honorees reflect the vitality, diversity, and ambitious aspirations of the Vietnamese business community.

They represent a business sector that generated a total revenue of over 50 billion USD in 2025, contributed 3.7 billion USD to the state budget, and created jobs for around 273,000 workers.

Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc told the award ceremony, that he hopes the 100 exemplary entrepreneurs honored today—alongside those recognized in previous years—will serve not only as models of business success but also as catalysts for spreading the spirit of the new-era Vietnamese entrepreneur. It’s a spirit defined by the courage to think boldly, act decisively, innovate, and take responsibility, as well as the aspiration to build strong enterprises and Vietnamese brands with high standing in the global market.

"I also look forward to a spirit of collaboration and leadership where large enterprises create opportunities for smaller ones, and where successful entrepreneurs share their experiences, inspire others, and pave the way for the next generation of entrepreneurs and the innovative startup movement," Mr. Tuc added.

Earlier that same day in Hanoi, the forum "Pioneering Entrepreneurs–Enabling Government in the New Era" was held as part of a series organized by VCCI to mark Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day.
