Quang Ninh led the group with growth of 12.54%, followed by Ha Tinh, Hai Phong, and Bac Ninh. Ho Chi Minh City’s GRDP grew 9.06%, ranking 19th nationwide, while Hanoi posted growth of 8.85%, ranking 20th.

The strongest growth was recorded mainly in localities with strong industrial foundations and large-scale manufacturing and processing sectors, supported by robust investment, exports, and services.
