The 52-member delegation from Vietnam will compete in all 26 skills of the event and aims to be included in the top ranks. Truong Anh Dung, Deputy Director of the General Department of Vocational Education at the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, heads up the Vietnamese delegation. He said: “We will try our best to gain the highest results because they demonstrate the quality of the national labor force and vocational system. After 9 competitions, Vietnam ranked top 3 times. This will encourage us to achieve higher results.”
At the previous ASEAN Skills Competition in Malaysia, Vietnam ranked 3rd with 10 gold, 6 silver, and 4 bronze medals.
