Attending the ceremony were the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee in Russia Ngo Thi Thu Hoai, representatives from Party branches, Party cells, the Youth Union Executive Committee, the Student Association, and a large number of Vietnamese students in Russia.
The delegates offered flowers to the great leader and observed a moment of silence to remember President Ho Chi Minh's immense contributions to the national liberation struggle, national reunification, and the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Russia. They also joined an online thematic discussion on "Ho Chi Minh's diplomatic thought with international friends."
