17 best songs selected for finale of Vietnam-Laos relations song writing contest

(VOVWORLD) -The Laotian Ministry of Information, Culture, and Tourism held the finale of a song writing contest on the Vietnam-Laos special friendship and solidarity in Vientiane on Wednesday.

The competition is one of several activities to mark the 55^th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Laos and the 40^th anniversary of the Vietnam-Laos Amity and Cooperation Treaty. The organizing board selected the 17 best songs out of 100 entries to perform at the finale.
