The project will go into operation at the end of 2028. The cluster is made up of Buon Ho 1 and Buon Ho 2 Wind Power Plants, with a combined capacity of 40MW, and Cu M'gar Wind Power Plant with a capacity of 10MW.
Dak Lak's potential capacity for renewable energy is estimated at more than 14,000MW. The province is providing incentives to attract investors of renewable energy.
Vice Chairman of Dak Lak People's Committee, Truong Cong Thai, said: "The investor has thoroughly prepared for today's groundbreaking ceremony, as well as in terms of funding, human resources, and site clearance to start construction. We hope the project can finish and go into operation soon".
