They updated information on the agreement, regulations on the origins of commodities, and how its regulations differ from those of other free trade agreements.
Pham Quynh Mai, Vice Director of the Multilateral Trade Policy Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, told the participants: “The agreement sets many high standards for businesses. Businesses and associations have to study and analyze opportunities and challenges and send their feedback to the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The Ministry will build a website to introduce the agreement’s contents and duly answer the concerns of businesses.”
