Cambodian opposition party leader freed

(VOVWORLD) - Kem Sokha, leader of Cambodia’s main opposition Cambodian National Rescue Party (CNRP) was released on Monday from prison and returned to his home for further investigation while out on bail.

A Phnom Penh Appeals Court said last Thursday that it would extend Sokha’s arrest for 6 months for further investigation.
