Most residents of Lieu Tu belong to the Khmer ethnic community.

“We are working closely with the police to provide these community meals so that residents can feel more comfortable while waiting to complete their administrative procedures,”said Phan Thi Bich Lien, Vice Chairwoman of the Lieu Tu Commune Women’s Union.

The initiative reflects a spirit of community service and solidarity while supporting the activation and integration of Level-2 VNeID accounts.
