The move, coming one day after the US announced a 25% tariff on additional Chinese products. The US had already levied a 25% tariff on 34 billion USD worth of Chinese goods on July 6. China is ready to slap a tariff on an additional 60 billion USD worth of American goods if the US proceeds with those tariffs.
