Addressing the event, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said the move demonstrates the Party and State’s trust in the military’s capability in a new combat front.
“Cyber operations forces should be capable of protecting national sovereignty on the internet. They will be equipped with elite personnel and state-of-the-art gear,” Mr Phuc stressed.
