At a press conference on Tuesday, the Da Nang People's Committee said the event will be a platform connecting policymakers, international organizations, experts, researchers, businesses, and investors from Vietnam and abroad.

It will also provide opportunities to exchange experiences and discuss emerging trends in economics, finance, technology, and innovation.

Ho Ky Minh, Vice Chairman of the municipal People's Committee, said: "We hope that the Da Nang Business, Finance and Technology Week will become a prestigious annual forum to promote cooperation, attract investment, and create new development opportunities. The success of the event will not just be reflected by the number of activities or participants, but by the partnerships, projects, and practical value it generates."

Major activities will include a high-level policy dialogue; the Vietnam Finance Forum 2026; a seminar on connectivity among the government, universities, and businesses; and a seminar on semiconductors and high technology.

There will also be field visits to key development projects, exhibitions showcasing the city's investment environment and financial-technology products, specialized international seminars, business networking sessions, and programs promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.
