At Highway Base, the delegation, led by Colonel Pham Tan Phong, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Department of Peacekeeping Operations, assigned tasks to Engineering Company Rotation 4, a Defense Ministry task force, and Task Force No. 7 of the Ministry of Public Security.

Colonel Phong praised the unit's discipline, professionalism, and effective organization, noting that the engineering company has maintained the quality and progress of key construction projects despite harsh weather, difficult terrain, and security challenges.

He urged all personnel to strictly comply with UN regulations, safeguard personnel and equipment, and continue successfully fulfilling Vietnam's international peacekeeping commitments.
