During a reception on Wednesday for the former US official, who is on a visit to Vietnam this week, the Deputy Prime Minister asked Mr. Kerry to continue promoting bilateral ties in trade, investment, education, technology, climate change response, and war aftermath recovery. Mr. Kerry pledged further efforts in this regard, especially in supporting and attracting outside resources for Vietnam’s development of renewable energy.
