At a meeting with Quang Tri leaders on Monday, Mr. Dam said he supported world heritage proposals for the Vinh Moc tunnel and the Vinh Linh underground village. He approved organizing Vietnamese Peace Day annually in Quang Tri on January 27th and the Thong Nhat Park construction plan.
The same day, Deputy PM Dam visited the Road 9 National Cemetery, the Truong Son National Cemetery, and several medical and education centers.
