In a reception in Hanoi on Thursday, the Deputy Prime Minister said both should boost cooperation and preparation for the upcoming 35th Joint Governmental Committee’s meeting in Hanoi this October to promote initiatives in economics, trade, investment, education, health care, construction, and agriculture. The Cuban Ambassador said Cuba welcomes Vietnamese investors with more attractive incentives.
