In the border commune of Phieng Khoai, home to more than 2,300 hectares of plum orchards, a plum festival linked to product promotion activities will be held from May 15-17.

Meanwhile, Yen Chau commune is set to host its 2026 Mango Festival on May 22-23, featuring cultural performances and experiential tourism activities.

The festivals aim to honor local fruit products and growers, while creating opportunities for exchanges, learning and sharing experiences in production and consumption. They are also expected to provide memorable experiences for residents and visitors alike, helping promote the land, people and economic potential of each locality.
