The government has asked ministries, agencies, and localities to continue innovating, being dynamic, developing a transparent, efficient, and incorruptible administrative system, and to comprehensively implement the resolutions of the Party, National Assembly, and Government to fulfill socio-economic targets and state budget estimates for 2018 to 2020.

The government called for effort to improve business environment index and increase the labor productivity and competitiveness of each sector and locality.
