Mr. Dam made the statement at the high-level policy dialogue on start-up ecosystem development as part of the national start-up day - Techfest 2018 in Da Nang city on Friday. He called on young entrepreneurs to seize opportunities from challenges facing Vietnam during the country’s economic transition and growth. Mr. Dam said: “There are numerous difficulties. Start-up may address the people’s demand for education, healthcare, transportation, e-commerce, and agriculture. Whether start-ups can overcome these difficulties or nor? It depends on you.”
Deputy PM Dam stressed the need to establish a big and open database for start-up community to be contributed by the government, businesses, and people.
