The initiatives dealt mostly with socio-economic development in remote and island areas, healthcare, and the environment. In his address, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc called for stronger measures to promote human resource training and attract talents, including overseas Vietnamese.
“Renovation and creativity will help a country secure fast and sustainable growth in the context of the 4th industrial revolution. We promise to create the best conditions for science and technology development,” PM Phuc said.
