Addressing a conference in Hanoi on Wednesday, Deputy PM Dung said progress should be measured by the country’s ability to master technologies, the number of commercialized products, the growth of innovative enterprises, and their contribution to the economy.
“Following this conference, each ministry, sector, and locality should develop more concrete action plans; each scientist should produce more practical research; and each enterprise should invest more in science, technology, and innovation. We must foster a determination to build an environment where institutions are no longer barriers, but instead become a true competitive advantage,” he said.
