The main ceremony took place at the K15 Wharf historical relic complex, connecting online with 13 other project sites.

The groundbreaking ceremonies were held for Nam Trang Cat Industrial Park, Hoang Dieu Industrial Park, Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park, Binh Giang Industrial Park, and the Thuy Nguyen Mechanical and Casting Craft Village Industrial Cluster.

The projects are all oriented toward a modern and green industrial model, prioritizing high-tech, electronics, automation, and logistics investment projects.

Le Anh Quan, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Hai Phong city, said: “Hai Phong aims to become a modern, civilized, ecological, and livable industrial port city. It’s determined to affirm its position as a center for marine economy, logistics, and high-tech industry, taking the lead in digital and green transformation, and innovation, aiming to achieve double-digit growth and contribute to socialism building associated with socialist-oriented people.”

The city also launched a project to restore the K15 Wharf historical relic complex in Do Son ward, where legendary “unmarked” ships departed on missions along the Ho Chi Minh Sea Trail during the resistance war for national salvation.
