This was the first step to prepare for the official handover of crossing points to the Palestinian government on Wednesday. A delegation representing the PNA-affiliated Bank of Palestine arrived at the Rafah crossing between the Gaza Strip and Egypt to takeover the collection of taxes and customs fees.
