Hanoi plans to spend more than 4 million USD to buy gifts for policy beneficiaries and revolutionary contributors

Marking the 71st anniversary of National War Veterans Day, July 27, Hanoi’s leaders will visit and deliver presents to representative individuals. Other activities will include fund raising and free medical services.
