The celebration ceremony is scheduled for October 4 at the National Convention Center. The Ministry of Science and Technology will make debut the Annual Innovation Report 2026, the Provincial Innovation Index (PII) 2026, and present awards for the 2026 "Science Initiative" competition.
Under the theme "Innovation – Driver of Development for the Entire Society," the event aims to bring the spirit of innovation closer to citizens, businesses, and organizations, while raising public awareness of the vital role played by science, technology, and innovation in socioeconomic development and enhancing living standards.
Three major forums will be held: The Future of Science, Technology, Innovation, and National Digital Transformation; Innovation in Banking and Finance; and Greater Mekong Subregion Innovation Forum (GMS Innovation Forum).
