Some 100 booths are arranged into zones, including an international corner featuring dishes from Denmark, Argentina, Italy and Thailand and a Vietnamese corner with an array of standout specialties from different regions. There are also a space for street food and an entertainment corner. Other activities include a showcase of wax models of Vietnamese food, demonstrations of how to make Vietnamese traditional cakes and a talk show called “Vietnamese Tet and delicacies”. The event will run through Sunday.
