They discussed a plan to build an institute to train Vietnamese trainers with funding sponsored by the foundation. Deputy Secretary Cang called for close cooperation between the foundation and local agencies in mapping out the most efficient project on the institute to foster bilateral friendship cooperation. Chairman Choi Jae-sung pledged his willingness to share with Vietnam educational and training experience in all levels of schools.
