At a conference on investment promotion on Wednesday, Vice Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Tran Vinh Tuyen said 7 major projects will be implemented to transform Ho Chi Minh City into a city with high quality of life, modernity, and compassion. He added, “The city intends to attract foreign capital through financial and technological investment projects towards sustainable economic development. The city supports foreign investors to gain practical results.”
