The festival, the first of its kind in HCM City held by the two cities, conveys a message of peace, cooperation, and friendship among peoples all over the world. Nguyen Bich Nga, a local visitor, said: "The festival attracts many tourists to Nguyen Hue pedestrian street. I myself want to learn more about Korea’s culture, clothes, and products".
Themed “Cultural exchanges for a prosperous Asia”, this year’s event will continue until December 3.
