Visitors learned about the history of the ao dai, Vietnam's traditional long dress worn in the 18th century. A variety of modern ao dai was also featured. The event included a talk about the ao dai’s future.

To Thi Quynh Hoa of District 5 said: “We need to teach future generations the importance of the ao dai.”
