Under the deal signed in July, 2015, Iran had to restrict its uranium enrichment activities in order to get international sanctions lifted. The IAEA is in charge of monitoring Iran's nuclear program. The agency has released eight reports, each one confirming Iran's adherence to the international nuclear pact. The agreement is on the edge of collapse after US President Donald Trump declined to certify Iran's compliance and called for new sanctions.
