Addressing the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong pledged the best conditions for enterprises: “The city is committed to consistently implementing policies, continuing to improve the investment environment, building e-government and smart cities, removing bottlenecks in administrative procedures, and turning auction and tender into a method to allocate the city’s resources.”
The conference offered an opportunity for member countries to exchange experience in hi-tech development.
