Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, said Saturday that Tehran remains in contact with mediators in Qatar and Pakistan.

Iranian media have reported that Tehran has seven conditions for renewed talks, although the full list has not been officially released. Rezaei publicly identified three: an end to the conflict on all fronts, the release of frozen Iranian assets, and an end to the US naval blockade.

The move comes as Washington weighs its next steps in the conflict. Tehran has denied reports that negotiations have already resumed and has said any renewed talks would depend on its conditions being addressed.
