Cow racing will be held in Tri Ton district as part of the event, according to head of the provincial Department of Ethnic Affairs Tran Quoc Thanh. Leaders of the provincial Party Committee and People’s Council visited Khmer people to congratulate them on the occasion.
Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Vo Anh Kiet visited monks at Pray Veng, Soai So Tum Nop, and Phnom Ta Pa pagoda in Tri Ton district. He said local authorities will continue to help Khmer people raise their living standards and enable their children to pursue education and training.
