The LG Display Vietnam Hai Phong factory specializes in high-tech displays for smartphones, watches, and tablets. It’s expected to add 3 billion USD to Hai Phong’s export revenues annually.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc said the project will further promote the Vietnam-Korea strategic partnership. He also asked the Korean group to increase the percentage of local content and ensure sustainable investment in Vietnam.
