Military zone 3 receives Military Exploit Order, first class

(VOVworld) – The armed force of Military Zone 3 marked its 70th anniversary and received the Military Exploit Order, first class, on Wednesday. President Truong Tan Sang praised its merits in national construction and defense and urged it to develop into a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern force. He said that military zone 3 should cooperate with the local administration and Party committee in ensuring national defense and security in all circumstances.
