Many deputies called for clear, unified regulations on tertiary education model, in which universities are the core. Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam addressed the discussion: “If we give autonomy to a tertiary education institution, they will decide what the institution will comprise of and what section will be self-reliant.”
