Mr. Man urged the Ambassador to be a bridge of friendship and work with Vietnamese ministries and agencies to promote exchanges and delegation visits at all levels. He called for regular, substantive dialogue between the two legislatures, and encouraged stronger economic cooperation to raise two-way trade to 200 million USD, with a view to eventually reaching 500 million USD.

Hulan said Mongolia attaches great importance to its relations with Vietnam and called Vietnam one of Mongolia’s most important partners in Southeast Asia. She pledged to work to advance economic, trade, and investment cooperation and people-to-people exchanges, and expand cooperation between the two legislatures –particularly their specialised committees, friendship parliamentarian groups, young lawmakers, women lawmakers, and parliamentary support agencies.
