During the closing session, the Assembly will vote to pass the Law amending and supplementing Article 6 and Appendix IV (regarding the list of conditional business lines) of the Law on Investment; the National Assembly Resolution on the establishment of Quang Ninh City; and the National Assembly Resolution on the establishment of Bac Ninh City. The closing session will be broadcast live on the Voice of Vietnam and Vietnam Television.
During the morning session, the deputies meet in a plenary session to discuss the orientation and policies for the draft Law on the Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies (amended). Subsequently, the National Assembly will vote to pass three laws: the Law on Grassroots Conciliation (amended), the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Publishing, and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contract.
Deputies will also vote to pass eight resolutions. They include the Resolution on the investment policy for the Ring Road 5 project of Hanoi Capital Region; the Resolution on adjusting the investment policy for the Lao Cai-Hanoi-Hai Phong railway project; and the Resolution stipulating specific mechanisms and policies to resolve difficulties and obstacles in implementing projects and works serving the 2027 APEC Summit in the Phu Quoc Special Zone, An Giang Province.
In the afternoon, prior to the closing session, the National Assembly will vote to pass five laws and three resolutions, including the Law on Urban Development, Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam, the Law on Anti-Money Laundering, and the Law on Credit Institutions; and National Assembly Resolution approving the investment policy for the National Target Program on socio-cultural, rural, ethnic minority, and mountainous area development from 2026 to 2035.
