The resolutions focus on Party building and rectification and strengthening the political system; renewing the Party’s leadership and governance methods; and building a contingent of competent and trusted officials.
The conference also covered regulations on Party members’ participation in investment and business activities; the conclusion on the national strategy for attracting, developing, and using talent in key sectors to promote rapid and sustainable national development; and a report assessing socio-economic development and State budget implementation in 2026, along with the socio-economic development plan and State budget estimates for 2027.
