Delegates from across the country brought with them personal stories of sacrifice, loss, resilience, and pride.
“It is a great honor for me to return to the capital and attend this conference. Many members of my family are recognized for their contributions to the nation,” said Nguyen Thi Ba from Lam Dong province. “Both of my parents were martyrs, and I am a war invalid, a former political prisoner, and an Agent Orange victim.”
War invalid Pham Cong Tien from Hung Yen Province said, “Attending this conference gives us great confidence in today’s generation and those who will follow.”
