The conference aims to ensure that officials and Party members—particularly Party committees and their heads—thoroughly grasp the core content, new elements, and key priorities of the resolutions. By doing so, their sense of responsibility will be raised in translating the resolutions into concrete, feasible, and effective action programs and plans.

During the conference, delegates are examining six thematic areas. They include the Resolution on strengthening the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to ensure they are clean, strong, and comprehensive, meeting the nation’s development requirements in the new era; the Resolution on innovating the Party’s leadership and governing methods regarding the political system in the new phase; the Resolution on building a contingent of officials at all levels—especially at the strategic level—who possess the necessary qualities, competence, and credibility to meet the demands of their duties.

The conference will also look at Regulations concerning the participation of Party members in investment and business activities; and the Conclusion on the national strategy for attracting, utilizing, and developing talents to foster the country’s rapid and sustainable development.

Participants will also listen to the Report assessing the socio-economic development situation and the implementation of the State budget for 2026, along with the projected socio-economic development plan and the State budget estimates for 2027.
