During a Council’s meeting on Monday, Mr. Dung emphasized that the plan must promptly meet land-use demand for strategic infrastructure projects, national defense and security purposes, and the need to expand socio-economic development space under new orientations.
It must closely reflect practical conditions, the country's new development requirements, and current political and legal foundations. The plan should adopt a long-term vision toward 2050, ensuring coherence in development space across regions and localities, while serving as an important tool for identifying and effectively utilizing land resources, potential, and advantages to support national development.
