Following the conclusion of indirect talks in Qatar, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi announced that parties agreed to establish an emergency communication channel for the monitoring group to formally document, report, and discuss breaches of the US-Iran memorandum of understanding.
