Addressing the event, Vietnam Environmental Administrator Nguyen Van Tai called for the organizations critic and policy advisory in resolving environmental issues. He said the administration is establishing a hot line from local and central level to receive information on environmental incidents while cooperating with relevant agencies to swiftly deal with environmental threats.
