The campaign will promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of women, represent and protect the legal and legitimate rights and interests of women, promote the strength of great national unity, implement democracy, and strengthen social consensus, oversight and criticism.
"Hearing Women Speak Month" activities are organized annually and coincide with the anniversary month of the establishment of the Vietnam Women's Union on October 20.
Every year, the Union at all levels determines the topic of listening to women based on the practical situation in each locality, guidelines and policies. Attention is paid to poor and near-poor women who are heads of households, single women, disabled women, pregnant women, and those raising children under 36 months of age.
In addition to dialogues, the Union at all levels is encouraged to build, deploy and replicate models of periodic face-to-face meetings and digital technology application models.
